Recovery request
If an eligible learner account exists, password recovery instructions will be sent.
For privacy, the live system gives the same general response whether or not the submitted email belongs to an account.
Production password recovery will use
short-lived, single-use credentials that
are generated, validated and invalidated
by the account service.
