Comprehensive Security Training Programs

TRAINING GRADES

GRADE E

This course is aimed at the duties of Patrolmen or Security Officers. The purpose of this training is to ensure that new training officers are introduced professionally in the private security industry, and also know what is expected from them with regard to upholding the law as security officers.

GRADE D

The entry requirement is Grade E. This course is aimed at the duties of access or gate controllers. The purpose of this module is to train security officers how to conduct Access Control at the egress point, also to ensure that they know and understand how the 3 “D” principles of physical security works in conjunction with security officers.

GRADE C

The entry requirement is Grade D. This course is aimed at the duties of a senior security officer. The purpose of this module is to ensure that security officers are able to protect classified information to civilians, also know how to conduct Emergency situations in their presence and to save lives in their designated areas and also be able to assess risk and deal with it professionally.

GRADE C

The entry requirement is Grade C. This course is aimed at the duties of Junior Supervisor. This learning unit improves officers to an advanced level of supervision. Officers are equipped with the knowledge of supervision also how to conduct On Job Training, handling of parade and hosting and lowering of flags.

GRADE B

The entry requirement is Grade B. This course is aimed at the duties of Senior Security Officer with a managerial function over a number of people.

Special Courses

Cash in Transit

The entry requirement is Grade C. This course is aimed at the duties of a Security Officer conveying cash or valuable assets.

Armed Reaction

The entry requirement is Grade C. This course is aimed at the duties of a Security Officer employed to respond to various types of alarm situations.

Financial Institution

The entry requirement is Grade C. This course is aimed at the duties of a Security Officer employed at financial institutions.

Hotel Security

The entry requirement is Grade C. This course is aimed at the duties of a Security Officer employed at a hotel/guest house outlet performing a risk control function.

Retail Security

The entry requirement is Grade D. This course is aimed at the duties of a Security Officer employed at a retail outlet performing a risk control function.

Special Events

The entry requirement is Grade D. This course is aimed at the duties of a Security Officer rendering a security service at special events such rugby/soccer stadiums, music concerts, etc.
