  • Refunds: Refund policies are outlined separately in the Registration Agreement provided upon enrollment.

All prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full prior to course commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Spot Reaction (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spot Reaction (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
