Enter your personal details and create a username and password that you will use to sign in to the Student Portal.
We send a verification code to the email address you provided. Enter the code to confirm that the email belongs to you.
Upload a clear copy or photo of your South African ID and check that your names and personal details match your identification.
Pay securely online. Approved Cash, EFT or Speedpoint payments can also be recorded by authorised Spot Reaction staff.
Once payment is confirmed, your enrolment becomes active and a paid invoice is generated and sent to your verified email address.
Spot Reaction staff will manage the required external PSiRA workflow and update the status shown in your Student Portal.
When your training stage is authorised, the material for your enrolled grade or programme becomes available in the portal.
Complete the assigned subject assessments. A minimum of 60% is required per subject, and failed subjects can be reopened according to the permitted attempt rules.
After all requirements are completed and approved, your course report and certificate become available for download from your Student Portal.

The Spot Reaction Student Portal does not replace PSiRA's external registration, OTP, vetting, fingerprint or submission processes.
The portal helps Spot Reaction manage and track your internal training workflow. Staff will update your PSiRA status in the system, and assessment access will only become available when the required checkpoint has been completed.
No. You create your username and password during the application. Once payment is confirmed and your enrolment is active, you use the same credentials to sign in.
Yes. The planned login will accept either your registered username or verified email address together with your password.
Yes. Once the system confirms payment, a paid invoice will be generated automatically and sent to your verified email address. It will also be available in your portal documents.
Not necessarily. Assessment access depends on the required training and PSiRA workflow checkpoint being completed first.
You do not automatically repeat the entire course assessment. The failed subject can be reopened according to the configured attempt rules.
